ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) thermoplastic 3d printing filament is a premium grade material, excellent for detailed and functional 3D printing applications. ABS filament is produced from fossil fuels, which is not biodegradable as would be PLA. Use ABS filament for outdoor environment applications.

01 General Usage
ABS filament is a very popular and commonly used engineering thermoplastic throughout industry because of its toughness, strength, material capatability and resistance to moderate temperature changes. ABS prints with good flow and is resistance to corrosion and abrasion. ABS filament printing should be used in a well ventilated area. To minimize the high liguid to solid distorsions during printing it is recommended that a printer with a heated print bed be used. Generally the printer bed temperature should be set at approximately 80° to 110°C and a cooling fan not be used during printing. .
