A 3D printing material developed specifically to meet the key requirements of 3D printed injection moulds with robustness, rigidity, superior high heat resistance and low distortion properties.
Suitable printers:
LCD 3D printers and DLP 3D printers with an LED light source wavelength of 385nm-405nm.

Production of injection moulds, electrical housings, automotive housings, sandblasting devices, wind tunnel testing and high temperature testing, functional prototyping, etc.

01 Time saving
The 808P does not require the use of additional PIV layers and is therefore able to reduce post-processing times by more than 30%, thus speeding up model production.
02 High temperature resistance
The secondary cured models are heat resistant, with a heat deflection temperature of 230°C, and remain stable in all high temperature environments.
03 Excellent detail resolution
The ability to show high resolution detail, with tip edge accuracy of 10 microns, produces structures and patterns that are consistent with those in CAD patterns. Capable of printing accurate, highly detailed parts.
04 Stable performance
Stable in different temperature conditions, easy to store and extremely durable.
05 High hardness
The superior hardness and durability of the finished cured model makes it ideal for wind tunnel testing where high impact strength is required.
