Product Description：

    ACF (Anisotropic Conductive Film) or ACF Tape is an epoxy | acrylic adhesive system used to make electrical and mechanical connections between two substrates. Special conductive particles, made from environmental friendly material (ROHs compliance), are well distributed in the film and provides good metalic bonding and electrical connection. More importantly, ACF interconnect offers cost savings by substituting conventional mechanical connectors or soldering interconnect.

01 Premium Material

Sinsa3d ACF release film is made of high-quality conforming materials. The smooth release side is attached with a blue protective film, which needs to be removed before use. The smooth release side is the side that is in contact with the resin during use. When installing and removing the blue protective film, lay the ACF release film on a clean table to avoid creases on the surface of the release film. The back matte side is facing to the LCD screen.

02 Lower Release Force

Compared with NFEP and FEP release films, the release force of ACF release film is smaller, and the deformation of the film during the printing process is lower, which can improve the success rate of printing and the detailed performance of the model.

03 High Speed and Better Durability

ACF has a smaller release force, which allows it to support higher printing speeds. At the same time, the smaller deformation during the resin curing process makes its printing finer and its service life longer.

04 High Heat Resistance

ACFfilm has higher heat resistance performance than nFEP and fep, able to work stably for a long time at 500 °F/260 °C, the melting point is 580 °F/305 °C.

How to install：

    Unscrew the tank from the printer, remove the old film by unscrewing the bolts and metal spacer, and clean everything using Isopropyl alcohol, you will be good to install a new film.
